So that you’re always prepared to whip up this easy and tasty salad, order fresh King Salmon Fillets today.
- 4 (6oz.) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, divided
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 (15oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
- ½ cup pecan halves, toasted
- Balsamic Dressing
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat (350°F to 400°F). Drizzle each fillet with lemon juice and oil; sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the Cajun seasoning, and season with salt to taste.
Place salmon on grill. Grill, covered, 4 to 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Arrange salad greens, orange sections, avocado and pecans on each of four plates. Top each with 1 fillet, drizzle with dressing, and serve.
